Brief

With over 85 years of experience, Fino is a Maltese premium furniture reseller crafting interior design projects tailored to customers’ needs. They asked us to update the showroom interior to better communicate the brand know-how.

Progetto

In partnership with Simona Tagliaferri, we re-designed the Contemporary Living showroom working on a delicate CMF contributing to create a lively and vibrant interior design project. Last but not least, we crafted the space signage to communicate the tactile approach of the design project.

Re-design and CMF

Inspired by the Mediterranean landscape, we crafted a CMF full of delicate, tactile, and imperfect materials to create a welcoming and immersive space decorated with soft, sinuous, and enveloping materials.

Interior design

The first apartment has a bourgeois look and a luxurious feel given by the coexistence of leather, marble, and dark finishes. The bedroom and living room are interconnected by a wall system transforming a wardrobe into a bookcase following the space’s flow. The second space addresses a younger target imagining a loft in a newly built neighborhood. A spacious bedroom with a trendy walk-in closet communicates with a natural-tone living room with a terrace. The one-bedroom apartment is a space designed for youngsters. The eye-catching match of cool shades like green, yellow, and natural wood creates a fresher look in both the night and living spaces.

Signage

The latest part of Fino’s design project was the showroom communication. We crafted a three-dimensional signage retracing the tactile approach of the design project. Each sign has been thought up to transpose the three moods of the apartments in a system of soft full-colored forms symbolizing the materials used in the space.
